Built and hosted by OpenSource Solutions, it runs on a private, sovereign setup of an Open Source AI engine: your questions are processed and stay on our own server, stored without any IP address or personal identifier.

Where are your questions processed?
Entirely on our own server, located in Europe. No question or answer ever passes through a US AI service or third-party cloud: no OpenAI, no Google, no Microsoft. The AI model (an open source model) runs on our own hardware, on our premises. Your exchanges never leave our infrastructure.

Are your questions recorded?
Yes, anonymously. We keep the question and the answer to improve the assistant's quality, but no IP address or personal identifier is stored, so the stored questions cannot be linked to you. We cannot know who asked a question. Simply avoid including personal information in your questions — a good practice with any online AI... until you have your own private AI assistant.

How are the answers built?
For each question, the assistant retrieves the most relevant pages of this website and writes its answer based on that content, citing its sources (a technique called RAG). The underlying AI model also has general knowledge from its training, which helps it explain concepts clearly — but it is instructed to base everything specific about OSS, our services, and our recommendations strictly on the site's content, and to tell you honestly when a question goes beyond what it knows.

Can it make mistakes?
Like any AI, occasionally, yes. That is why it cites its sources and invites you to contact our team for any important decision. For a quote, personalized advice, or an expert answer, nothing replaces a human conversation: the first one-hour consultation is free.
