IP and Connection Diagnostic Report

This report reveals the core details your browser sends on connection: your IP address, user agent (browser type & version), preferred language, HTTPS status, and similar environment info. It gives support teams the context needed to:

1. Understand how your browser/server connection is set up
2. Identify your active Tiki user account and group permissions
3. Verify whether your current connection is secured with HTTPS (encrypted) or not

That diagnostic avoids back-and-forth questions and helps us resolve issues faster.
Using the report is straightforward:

• Your connection details and environment are detected automatically, ready to be shared with support
• Use the copy-to-clipboard or email summary feature to get a clean, shareable format (text or JSON)
• Attach or paste that summary into your support ticket or message

Your privacy is protected: the report only shows technical details your browser already provides (IP, user agent, Tiki user/group). Nothing is stored, tracked, or sent unless you choose to share the summary with support.
